Asset Valuation
Before we quote a single unit, we do the homework. Your equipment is appraised against live secondary-market values — so your quote reflects what your hardware is actually worth, not what’s convenient for us to pay.
Send a spreadsheet, a photo, or a rough count. We’ll take it from there.

| A | New / like-new — excellent cosmetic condition, little to no signs of use. Fully functional |
| B | Good condition — normal wear and tear, light scratches or minor scuffs on the screen and/or housing. Fully functional |
| C | Heavy cosmetic wear — deep scratches, heavy scuffs, or chipped areas; dented housing or corners; white spot on LCD. Fully functional |
| D | Major cosmetic damage — heavy dents, or carrier-locked devices (bad ESN / IMEI / under contract) |
| FGRU | Functional failure units — cracked glass, multiple LCD white spots, Defective Battery or damaged / otherwise defective devices requiring repair |
| F | Parts / non-working units — non-functional or parts-only devices, dead-on-arrival (DOA), MDM or iCloud locked, or broken equipment not suitable for repair |

R2v3 Material Classification
| Class | What it means |
|---|---|
| C | R2 Controlled Streams — unevaluated or unsanitized equipment designated for testing and repair that may contain Focus Materials (FM) or FM-containing components |
| D1 | Pre-Sanitization — devices that have not yet been evaluated. The presence of data is unknown, and all devices require secure data sanitization prior to disposition |
| U | Unrestricted Streams — new equipment in unopened OEM packaging, non-electronic assets, non-focus materials, or planned return merchandise |
| D2 | Non-Data Devices — devices that have been determined not to contain data, or devices that have been successfully sanitized through approved software methods or physical destruction of the storage media |
